Priority 1 Candidates
Any vet home on leave from a war zone
Any wounded vet
Priority 2
Discharged and/or reserve and national guard vets who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Priority 3
Vets from previous military conflicts.
Priority 4
Immediate family survivors of vets killed in action or MIA or POW's.
