Timeshares For Vets is committed to the maintenance of your privacy, and will not disclose any information collected at this site, except for that information which has been expressly released by veterans for media purposes.  Timeshares for Vets will not make available over the World Wide Web your name, address, phone number or email address.  Pertinent contact information will only be released to parties involved in the transaction, and are to be kept private by all parties involved.

Timeshares For Vets is an organization that operates for the benefit of veterans of the United States Armed Forces.  As such, all participants in the Timeshares for Vets service agree to hold Timeshares For Vets and its members, volunteers and affiliates not liable for any aspect or outcome of the arrangement. 

Timeshares For Vets is acting as a referral service to facilitate the donations from timeshare owners to a cause.  All monetary donations and distribution of weeks at resort will be handled by ATFT Foundation.

By donating your timeshare, you are aware that the donation is strictly for the use of and time frame selected.  The ATFT Foundation, SMA, or any other organization or individual are not responsible for yearly taxes and fees, insurances or repairs and maintenance costs associated with owning a timeshare, nor are they assuming ownership of your timeshare.
